National Accounts

The National Accounts Team is responsible for supporting all our high-profile National Account Partners, direct dealers and sales force. We work alongside our National Account Managers and connect with all internal departments to coordinate various projects and assist in the execution of program launches. We are also responsible for day-to-day maintenance and cultivating relationship with all our prominent customers.

Customer Management

The Customer Management department at Wurth Canada is the tie between our customers and our sales team. We are responsible for customer account creation, assigning accounts to our sales force, updating customer data and much, much more. Our goal in Customer Management is to facilitate the day-to-day tasks of our sales force and ensuring our customers are satisfied with our services.

We offer comprehensive solutions to a number of customer-related affairs as well as over-the-phone and email support for both our French and English clients and stakeholders.

The Customer Management department is full of ambitious and enthusiastic coordinators who love to collaborate and take part in achieving our vision to strive to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers through bold innovation and by actively listening to their needs.

Pricing Department

The Pricing Department provides critical pricing expertise to product lines. They help define, resource and implement new pricing processes and tools. Our Pricing Department also evaluates trends to provide the best pricing on products and Würth solutions.
